Each piece of Nicky’s Canary jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can last a lifetime. After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
All Metals:
Jewelry should be the last thing on and the first thing off to reduce exposing metals to beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, and lotion. Think of jewelry as a living material; it is sensitive to extreme temperatures, humidity, chemicals, and harsh sunlight.

To return an item for repair, please follow these steps:
• Less than 1 year is FREE
• Over 1 year is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
• Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
Returns
Nickyscanary.com will accept return items for online store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a nickyscanary.com credit via email. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
